The service was done very quickly and I was intending to pick the computer up after work but the technician called in midafternoon and asked if I would like to have it delivered and he would set it up. My computer was not booting and Dave came over right away to look into the problem. When he found out it was the hard drive, he replaced it right away and got me up and running again. Even though the process took some time, Dave worked as quickly as he could to get me up and running in a timely manner! I thought he was very helpful and did a great job!
