Service Options

RTCS offers four major service options to meet your computer and networking service needs. Please review these options and go to the solutions page for a review of products supported.

R-Managed (New for 2007!)

R-Managed is our Managed Service Provider offering that consists of various service level offerings that provides affordable proactive IT management and support to growing businesses. Utilizing our unique framework for providing managed IT services, RTCS provides a range of proactive services to keep your computer systems up and running around the clock and your people and business productive. R-Managed is offered at various levels to best match you IT budget and service needs, and is effective for both clients who need completed IT management support and for clients do some or part of their own IT management tasks.

Benefit:  Retain service and support that is backed with experience and certified computer staff.  Know you can call for help on the covered product when needed, and at a cost lower then a full Maintenance Agreement. This type of agreement will take care of a majority of  your service and support needs.

 

Time and Materials

Without the commitment of an agreement, Right-Tech Computer Solutions provides service, support, repair, consulting, or other computing services as you need them.  Rates are based on the time spent plus materials and other costs.  Hourly rates depend on the product you need serviced.

- 0.5 Hours Minimum, then 0.1 increments.
- Rate is $87-$107 per hour depending on level of technology support you need.

Benefit:
The cost for service and support needs are paid as needed.

Fixed Rate Service

You need a project done, a computer replaced, a hard drive upgraded, new network wires installed, etc...but what is the cost going to end up being?

The Fixed Rate Service is designed to provide a predictable computing cost. The pricing is based on the project or service job. .

Benefit: The cost for service and support needs are paid as needed, and you'll know the cost before the work begins.

Support Agreement

Support Agreements provide you with technical support and service time to resolve issues with the products covered. This will give you a reduced cost for product service and support.  The agreement covers the  service and support time required to resolve any problem with the covered product.  This agreement makes materials and the cost of obtaining them separate, which keeps the price lower since you are not buying insurance for the hardware.  Support Agreements are  priced depending on the type and quantity of products. Maintenance Agreement

A Maintenance Agreement provides assurance the hardware covered will be fixed or replaced in event of failure. It includes technical support, service time, and the parts require to resolve failures or problems. You can rest assure the cost of maintaining working equipment will not be an unexpected surprise when failures occur. The fixed cost a Maintenance Agreement provides makes budgeting for computing maintenance easy and effective. Maintenance Agreements are  priced depending on the type and quantity of products. Benefit:  In addition to the  benefits offered by a Support Agreement, the Maintenance Agreement will cover the cost of fixing or replacing the covered hardware.  This type of agreement is inclusive of your needs to keep the product operating properly.
