Fee Notice
Current Support Agreement Customers

- 0.3 Hours Minimum, then 0.1 increments.
- Rate per hour is based on Support Agreement.


Time and Material Customers
- 0.5 Hours Minimum, then 0.1 increments.
- Rate is $87 - $107 per hour depending on level of technology support you need.
Desktop/Workstation Service $87
Network/Server Administration $97
Network/Server Engineering $107

Payment Terms
New or non-pre-approved customer

You'll be asked to  prepay minimum charge with credit card via phone before support session is started., and billable time over minimum is charged to credit card upon session completion.

Pre-approved net terms customers
- Support sessions will be started if account payment is current without need for credit card.
